I agree that any photos, video, or likeness that is captured of your performance can be used by Bluegrass Along the Harpeth for marketing purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant agrees to indemnify and hold the following: Bluegrass Along the Harpeth, Rocky Top Revue, Williamson County Cultural Arts Commission, Williamson County, The City of Franklin and its departments, employees, and volunteers (afterward all referred to as BATH), harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to court or dispute resolution costs, and attorney’s fees for any personal or bodily injury, sickness, disease or death and for any damage to or destruction of any property which are caused in whole or in part by any action or omission, negligent or otherwise, of the participant, or BATH or are directly or indirectly arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with performance of this Contract.Rules and Guidelines
